By accessing and using the Doghouse Boxing website, mobile applications, and facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Facility Use

Access to Doghouse Boxing facilities requires an active membership or a valid drop-in pass. Users must adhere to all gym rules, maintain proper etiquette, and follow the instructions of our coaching staff. We reserve the right to revoke access for any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive.

3. Assumption of Risk

Boxing and high-intensity interval training are physically demanding activities. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with these activities, including the risk of severe injury. You certify that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason that would prevent your participation.

4. Digital Services and App Usage

Our digital services, including the NutriTracker and Timer applications, are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Nutritional and training advice provided through the app is for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical consultation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and training methodologies provided by Doghouse Boxing are our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doghouse Boxing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our facilities or digital services.
